Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
Flat INR 50 for all prepaid orders and free shipping on order value of Rs.10,000 & above in case of standard delivery.
Flat INR 124 for all cash-on-delivery orders. Please note cash-on-delivery orders are available
Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.

International Shipping
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery.
The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of the destination country.

PAYMENTS
The payments on Arte Jewels can be made using one of the following options
Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI / COD / PayPal. Please note that COD will be chargeable at Rs 80/- extra (Cash handling charges) and Razorpay will be 3% extra over and above the total order amount.
